Flat organization. We only have Associates and Partners and Administrative Staff on salary. Our industry Experts who are not Partners are on a contract basis only. Some Associates take on management roles on projects on the ground. Our Partners are responsible for business development and project management of their client engagements (cost / schedule / quality performance) in addition to managing the executive client relationship(s) given that client satisfaction is the best business development.
Fluid mobility. We do not believe in 'up or out'. Partners may elect to return to Associate status if they so choose in order to improve their work-life balance or if they prefer being on the ground with our clients to solve problems and deliver results. In addition, Partners may be asked to return to Associate status by our Board of Directors based on performance.
Innovative salary structure. Associates earn a base salary plus a percentage of their billable hours, and will have a minimum annual billable target that enables good work-life balance and a high maximum billable allowance to enable higher earnings. Associates may choose to spend non-billable time on business development, pro bono consulting, recruitment, programs to improve our company culture or operational excellence, or to take time for family or leisure. Annual bonuses across the company are based on individuals' contribution to Ayla Partners success, professionalism, and quality of client delivery as rated by our clients.
